Shipping & Refund Policy


We ship from our headquarters daily.  We use Australia Post and Sendle Courier services.  Australian customers can expect their orders within 4-6 business days and 1-3 business days via express post. 

International orders are sent via Australia Post and expected delivery time is 6-10 business days. Please note that some International Countries charge customs duty on the arrival of goods and that should be investigated by the customer prior to purchasing from us.  An example for UK orders is via below link;

Instructions for returning your article

 All items must be returned unused, unworn and unwashed with original tags still attached.  Items with any marks, animal hair present or strong smells like perfume or cigarette will be returned to the sender as they cannot be resold. 

We cannot offer a refund on sale items or items purchased using a discount code (unless faulty or not of merchandisable quality), however we will happily offer you an exchange within 30 days of purchase. 

Please include your original invoice in the parcel. Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account. 

Pack your item/s into a new parcel and include the following details on your original invoice.

We highly recommend you return your item/s to us via postage tracking. The item/s are your responsibility until it reaches us at the above address.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.

All returns must be received at the above postal address within 30 days of purchase.

Item/s returned without the original tags attached will not be accepted due to hygiene reasons. They will be returned to the sender as they cannot be resold.

All return postage costs to NAKD are to be paid by the customer. For Item/s damaged or where the wrong product was sent, NAKD will cover the cost of the postage back to us.

Exchanges will be sent back at no cost to the customer.
